History:

  • High school/College – worked in a senior facility for 5 years.

  • College – Degree in finance/Real estate minor in business administration.

  • Financial planning with a focus on estate planning for clients/attorneys and other estate advisors.

  • Focus on real estate – Broker’s license (20 plus years) and worked in own brokerage the entire time:

    • From managing $100,000,000.00 in real estate to working with small business owners and understanding the complexity of small business and reestablishing assets to bring to market for maximum value.

  • Estate Management: Build resources and knowledge for the senior market / working with families to manage real estate assets and businesses to 2nd and 3rd homes and land management.

  • What Brett has accomplished and major obstacles: Starting businesses on his own and navigating many obstacles from regulation, economic downturns and small business issues (staffing, local government, cost increases, mergers and acquisitions).

Dedication to Seniors:

One of the defining chapters of Brett's career was his decision to specialize in assisting the senior population. He recognized the unique challenges faced by seniors when it came to downsizing and relocating. Seeing his grandparent’s experiences, Brett's compassionate approach and deep understanding of their needs made him a trusted ally for countless seniors looking for new homes or transitioning into assisted living facilities.
